I find the classes much more motivating than going to the gym and our instructor Richard really goes out of his way to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all ages and sizes. “Now I can say I actually have biceps!”

“I have been attending the twice weekly Warrior men only sessions for around two months. The sessions are designed to test you in all areas of fitness and technique.  Because they are a combination of cardiovascular, plyometric and resistance they are challenging enough for even those of us that consider ourselves moderately fit. The instructors progress the exercises each week to keep us on our toes and improving.

Personally, I have never had much upper body strength – now I can say I actually have biceps! All thanks to Warrior classes.

Anyone who joins will definitely notice the difference in your physique and technique over the six week course!
